So, and you know, no other books provide the answers for someone to heal.
Doesn't matter in the alternative movement.
Doesn't matter in the conventional movement.
There still isn't answers.
And I talk about that all the time and why there's not answers if you're new.
And there's an emblem on the book, millions of copies sold in the medical medium series.
So globally, the books, millions of books are in almost every country in the world.
So the movement is huge.
It's just so big.
And so it's really an amazing safe space and great place for the chronically ill to heal.
Tonight, I'm going to be covering the true causes of anxiety, true causes of depression.
Right?
Have any of you dealt with anxiety or depression?
True causes of OCD.
And we're going to cover symptoms with these.
Symptoms about depression.
Symptoms about anxiety.
And the true cause with the PTSD.
The symptoms of PTSD and PTSS.
So many of you are dealing with PTSD with your chronic illness and everything.
Happy Mother's Day to everybody out there.
And so hardworking moms and all that you're doing for your healing process and healing for your children.
That's incredible.
So I'm going to talk about what people experience with anxiety, what people experience with depression and PTSD and OCD.
OCD is a tough one too.
People kind of just shrug that one off like it's nothing.
But God, it's really hard for people.
Every version of anxiety, every version of depression and OCD and PTSD can be a mix too.
You can have some anxiety with your depression.
you can have PTSD, PTSS with your anxiety and your depression, you can have OCD mixed up with
your anxiety and all of that. Happy Mother's Day you guys and you know there could be a mix of all
this and anyone can have little bits and pieces of all these together so the whole bit and it's
so important to heal you need to know the root causes though to heal anxiety so you're not just
managing it. You know, you need to know the true cause is the heal depression and all that. If
you're new here, there are thousands and thousands and thousands of healing stories from people who
heal with medical medium information. Cleanse the Heal, like I said, is out now. That's a way to heal.
And that's got a lot of street cred to it. And so that's what people, if you're new here, you need
to know that when thousands and thousands of people have their healing stories around the world,
And that's never been done in healing communities.
That's never been done in alternative medicine.
Nothing like it has in the medical medium community.
Symptoms like brain fog and depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, eye floaters, tinnitus, tinnitus, fibromyalgia, endometriosis, PCOS, Lyme disease, lupus, MS, eczema and psoriasis, tingles and numbness, vertigo, acne, thyroid problems.
and so many people have healed and it's unprecedented in any other place in the world
with alternative conventional medicine because you finally get answers.
So if you're new here, I always have to run this stuff by anybody that's new
so you know what's going on and everything
and so you can get a clear path that medical medium information has so you can heal.
It's never been just about fruits and vegetables being the answer.
I want to get that clear. It's such an important one.
that's why vegans are sick that's why plant-based people are sick that's why vegetarians are sick
that's why raw fooders are sick yep that's why paleo people are sick that's why keto people are
sick that's why animal protein people are sick and any new diet belief system that comes out tomorrow
are sick because it's not about fruits and vegetables it's not just about fruits and
vegetables. It's about the fact that no one has the answer or knows how to use the correct tools
to fully get better. That's the fact. That's why medical medium community does have the answer.
And that's why medical medium community doesn't have a diet belief system. Something that's
really important that we don't have a diet belief system here. And that's what's critical. And that's
why it's so important. That's why the vegan communities are really small because it's
encompassed around a diet belief system. That's why the paleo communities are small. It's
encompassed around a diet belief system, but everybody's still sick because the fact is
they don't have the answers. That's why when vegans and plant-based people learn the answers
in the medical medium community and paleo and animal protein and keto learn the answers,
they actually get better because that's the whole point for example it you know it doesn't have to
be all vegan it doesn't have to be all paleo here no all walks of life come to this community
to find out why they're sick so if you're new here that's what it's always been it's never just been
about the fruits and vegetables that everybody knows about or thinks they know about and you
know somewhere else or something it's never been about that no one knew celery juice kills pathogens
Nobody knew that.
That never existed anywhere except the medical medium books and information.
And no one knew how to get rid of metals out properly,
like how to get the results by getting metals out of the body properly.
No, that medical medium information had that.
That's why.
These are just two powerful healing tools of the medical medium information I have to offer.
And that's what's incredible.
We're going to be talking about anxiety, PTSD, OCD, depression.
and we're going into it.
You got to be here for that.
You don't want to miss that.
These tools that I talk about,
the medical medium tools,
are not guessing games.
And they are recovering sick plant-based people.
Sick animal protein people.
And when they couldn't recover in any other way,
they couldn't recover in any other way.
And that's what these tools have done.
They've recovered sick plant-based people.
That's the whole point in sick animal protein people.
It's a fact.
It's a fact that there are no answers out there to chronic illness yet.
It's a complete fact.
And medical medium information is so much more than just fruits and vegetables.
That's another fact.
And medical medium information is so much more.
And I'm reading out of the medical medium book right now, Cleanse to Heal.
Spirit of Compassion has always said to me throughout the years of helping so many people heal
that knowing the true cause of why you're sick
is half the battle won.
Knowing what to do, what to take,
and how to apply those tools
is the other half battle won.
That's what you need.
You need the answers and then the tools to heal.
If anybody that's new right now that says,
oh my God, this guy's got a terrible ego.
Who is this guy?
There's answers out there.
There's all the vegan movement
and there's all the paleo movement and all that.
There isn't answers out there.
And it's not an ego.
It's the results.
millions it's the largest health community for the safe space in the chronic leal
thousands upon thousands of stories no one's ever seen that in our history that's all and if you know
if you're here check into it look into it try to figure this out exactly since i was a child i was
able to describe symptoms and conditions we're going to talk about symptoms of depression symptoms
of anxiety ocd but since i was a child i was always i would always be able to know what people
were going through, what they really felt, their pain and their struggle. That was a big part of
my life, not because I'm special. I'm not special at all, but because of spirit of compassion.
And as the years went by, so many people brought their symptoms to me and I became the guy known
from around the world. I became 35 years, you guys, I became known as the guy that you brought
bizarre symptoms to when doctors didn't know what the symptoms were. That's who I was known to be.
That's the whole point, long before the books even came out years ago.
And so because doctors didn't know what was going on and people would say,
Anthony, do you know what this symptom is?
I said, yes, dozens of people have come to me with that symptom and I know what causes it.
And that never existed.
That's why I've been known.
That's why I got here for 35 years.
So tonight I'm covering anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, what the true causes are and how to heal.
everything changes when you have the answers everything changes you guys it's an empowerment
that nothing else can provide band-aids such as courses and programs these are band-aids
meditation band-aids breath work a band-aid yoga a band-aid and it's amazing i love yoga
love breath work i love these things but they're band-aids therapy retreats they're all supportive
and they can help manage people.
They can help manage their anxiety.
They can help manage, help them manage depression.
They can help them manage certain things.
PTSD, it can be helpful for managing these things in OCD
and I'm supportive of that.
But it's all still under the thought
that you're the cause of the problem,
that you're the cause of the problem.
So if you're new here, just know that.
In the medical medium world here,
this big world of medical medium out there,
that you're not the cause of the problem.
Fancy that.
Isn't that interesting?
That you're not the cause.
And all those tools that I was talking about, those band-aids, they help manage them, but they're not the cause.
They're not, hey, the truth of what is the reason why I'm sick and suffering that I can't deal with things.
And medical medium information is about you not being the creator of your problems.
You didn't create your sickness because that goes to a dead end.
That goes to a terrible place.
because as you get sicker or you're waving back and forth of intermittently being sick as the
years go on and you think you created it, it ends terribly, terribly. And you can't have that there.
Instead, you need to know why you're sick, what the cause is, and it's not your fault. And you
can do something about it. You guys, this is so important. And thanks for hanging in there while
I'm telling the new people this. I love you for having the patience. You guys are so cool just
having the patience for this. So you're not a prisoner and trapped in your own mind,
and you're not the problem, because that's what it's all about out there. Everywhere else,
in alternative medicine and everywhere else, in all the healing arts, you're the problem.
You either created it, you either manifested it, you either caused it, and then in medicine,
you caused it by your body attacking itself, or it's your genes or your hormones. You're actually
the problem. It's not like that. When you have answers, you find out that you aren't the problem.
Isn't that amazing? And sure, we keep on searching for ways like meditation and breath work and
everything else to help control it and help bandaid it. You know, we can all use support
such as therapy and meditation, but if you don't fix the root problem, if you don't fix the root
cause of the problem that's causing your pain, instead of just managing it, if you don't fix it
and just always manage it, it's always going to come and bite you on the butt and come back and
come back and come back. So it's that important to know. Fixing it is the key thing. So let's
start with anxiety. Thanks for hanging in there through that. I'm so glad you guys are here.
Somebody said, thanks. Thank you for this message. Oh God, you're awesome. Totally awesome. So
cleanse and heal. I'm reading out of cleanse to heal. I'm going to read the true causes of some
of these things like anxiety, depression, OCD. I'm going to talk about PTSD. So important. Somebody
said anxiety, yes, so you're dealing with it. Oh, God. I wonder if you're dealing with some of these
anxiety symptoms. So let's go into that a little bit. So see if these are some of the things you're
dealing with too that we're going to talk about. So let's go into that a bit. So mild anxiety.
Let's start with the mild anxiety. Let's start with that first before we go to the moderate
anxiety and then the severe, okay? So we'll start with mild. Many people all, you know, here's how
Many people have all the mild ones put together too.
So they'll have all, I'm going to go through all the different mild versions of anxiety
and many people have them put together.
But, you know, but I'm going to give you a bunch of different ones right here.
One of the mildest versions is you're emotional.
So that's one of the mild, mildest versions of anxiety that you're emotional.
You can't put your finger on really why.
You're not sure if you're happy, sad, upset, mad, frustrated.
it. You know, you can feel lonely. You feel uneasy. You feel like you're missing out on life.
You want to go do something, go somewhere. You want to be someplace. But at the same time,
you want to just stay home, curl up in bed, hide from the world, watch your favorite movie,
eat a comfort food. You know, you want to do that when you're watching your favorite movie,
you want to eat a comfort food, and you feel confused, sad, lonely, lost, right? And when
someone who cares about you asks you, what's wrong? And you tell them, you know, I think I have anxiety.
Or they even tell you, I think you have anxiety. This version of anxiety, it's a mild form of
anxiety. This version normally leads to you like wanting to exercise. I've seen this over the years
where this type of anxiety leads you to want to exercise and go full throttle and take care of
yourself full throttle, right? But then you can end up flip-flopping and not wanting to exercise
and not wanting to take care of yourself or do anything at all. No exercise, no self-care. It's
back and forth, either all in or nothing. All in for a while or nothing. It's like all in for a
couple of months and then nothing. It's that kind of thing. And that's all part of this type of mild
anxiety. Let's go into other forms and a little bit more mild. I mean, a little bit less mild.
Another mild version is where you feel like you can't sit still, right? You feel like you can't
sit still and you have to get up and fidget and move. You feel restless. You feel jittery. You
feel like something's creeping up your spine, that kind of version of anxiety. I don't know
if you guys have ever experienced that. Some of you are probably already saying, no, what about
panic attacks. We'll get there. We'll get there. Another mild version is your thoughts are racing.
So your thoughts are racing and it's racing on things you don't want it racing on. And this is
no fun. I mean, anybody who goes through this, it's just terrible. Your mind's racing, your mind's
racing, and you start getting desperate to have like relief of your thoughts. Like you're desperate
for those thoughts to just get relief and they won't stop going through your mind where it's
racing and the thoughts are racing through your mind and you want them to stop, but you can't.
and it's making you feel upset.
It's making you feel upset inside of you
and where you can't focus on anything else
because your mind's racing, your thoughts are racing.
That's a version right there so many people have gone through.
I hope you guys don't have to go through that.
And that's something that happens.
Another mild version where you get emotionally upset inside.
So internally, you get emotionally upset,
frustrated, and you're not sure why.
Or maybe you are, and you feel like screaming.
Did you ever have that? Do you know anybody that went through that, you know, someone who's gone through that work?
They're emotionally upset inside and it's just, they just, they feel like they want to rip off their skin.
They feel like they want to scream and it just happens periodically or it happens once in a while or it happens a lot.
So many people deal with that. It's unbelievable.
And that's a tough one.
Here's another mild version right here, where when someone is talking to you and it feels uncomfortable and you just want to run.
So you're standing there talking to somebody and it feels so uncomfortable and you just want to run.
And they're talking to you and you're just standing there and you're listening, but you want to run.
You have this feeling it's uncontrollable, something's uncomfortable.
And you feel like if you have to stay there while they're talking to you, you feel trapped and you can't wait for it to end.
Or you start getting a headache because you can't wait for it to end.
Or you even start to sweat or your mouth goes dry and you could feel weak during it.
I mean, that's a whole other mild version right there.
Let's do another mild version.
You feel like this strange tickle is going throughout your body.
But you can't describe it.
It's not.
You can't scratch it.
You can't touch it.
But it's this strange tickle that's running through your body.
And it makes you want to move around.
And you feel like you basically want to jump out of your skin.
So that's a mild version right there.
And at the same time, you get frustrated.
You get angry and you feel like crying all at once.
I don't know if you guys have experienced that one, the whole bit.
Here's one right here.
Another one too.
You can't sleep at night.
Does your anxiety get to you, you guys, where you can't sleep at night?
It interferes and you're just like, oh my God.
And you get frustrated.
It's hard to fall asleep because you don't feel safe.
And then you feel scared about the unknown.
and you're not excited about tomorrow at all.
You're stressed out about tomorrow.
You're worried about the unknown.
You're dreaming a lot when you do sleep.
Your dreams are unhappy ones.
They're not peaceful dreams.
And you wake up in the morning and you're scared.
You're nervous about the day.
You feel insecure.
And I'm going to get to the true causes and everything, you guys,
and the whole bit because it's not your fault.
None of these things are your fault.
That's the whole thing.
And you didn't create any of this.
So you have to keep that in mind while I'm running by these anxiety symptoms.
So you need to know this.
If you just got here and you're just logging on right now,
go back to the beginning later on tonight.
You really got to watch the beginning.
So because it's not your fault.
Another mild version is anytime you talk to anyone,
your hands get sweaty, right?
Your hands get sweaty.
Your armpits get sweaty where they drench.
And you start getting kind of numb.
You feel kind of numb.
Your arms and hands get slightly numb.
That's one right there.
And you waver back and forth with this.
With your temperature, you feel like you always have a chill.
Like you can't get the chill out of you.
And then sometimes you can go to where you're too hot.
But most of the time, it's back to where you're chilly.
And even to the point where you're shaking.
And your hands are kind of clammy and damp and moist.
You're sweating, but you feel cold and chilly.
And you're having that kind of anxiety.
I don't know if you guys experienced that one right there.
Now there's moderate versions of anxiety.
I'm going to head into these now.
Remember, these aren't your fault.
That's the whole point.
This isn't your fault.
It isn't because you're creating this.
You're a bad person.
You're thinking all twisted.
You're just not whatever.
It's not any of that.
That's the whole point.
Let's go into moderate versions, okay?
I've got cleanse and heal in front of me right here.
We're in anxiety right now.
Really important to know.
So many of you guys suffer with it.
So there's one moderate version. You have a hard time being driven around in a car in a passenger seat.
So, you know, by anyone. So just being driven in a car by anyone and you're in the passenger seat.
And you can't wait for the car to stop and just get out of the car, right?
You feel trapped in the car. You're always feeling suffocated too, like in other situations, not even in the car, where you always feel suffocated.
When you're around too many people, like a crowd, the overstimulation gets you confused where it's just too much stimulation.
And really, you want to be alone.
But when you're left alone, you want to be around people.
That's the other thing, too.
So this type of anxiety is you want to be left alone.
You don't want to be around a crowd.
You feel suffocated.
But yet, when you're alone, you want to be alone.
But when you're alone, you want to be with someone else.
You want to be with other people.
And that's really hard.
And you feel lonely and scared.
And it becomes a vicious cycle where you're feeling lonely and scared alone.
But you want to be with other people.
But you don't want to be suffocated.
And you feel trapped around other people.
And it feels uncomfortable.
Do another moderate version.
There's so many.
It's unbelievable.
Someone said, are you a wizard?
Actually, I've never heard that one before.
That's actually really funny.
Here's another moderate version.
You feel a chest tightness, right?
How many of you guys go through the chest tightening?
I'm going to go into the chest tightening one.
So we're going to go into that one.
We're in the moderate still.
We got to get into the severe anxiety.
And we're reading out also cleanse to heal, okay, which is out right now.
So you get into chest tightening on and off, sometimes just once a week,
where you feel like it's hard to breathe,
where you're feeling like the tightness is in the pit of your stomach.
So you feel like the tightness is in the pit of your stomach
and it's hard to breathe.
And sometimes you feel like you're straining to breathe.
You'll feel like you're straining to breathe.
You've got the pit of the stomach going on.
You've got the chest tightness.
It's hard to breathe.
And your mouth and throat feel slightly swollen.
So you have a little bit all of that
where your tongue feels kind of like puffy and slightly and all of it.
And you've got the pit in your stomach.
And it's hard, you know, the whole hard to breathe thing is really hard for people.
That's really rough on so many people.
Sometimes you can just have a couple of these symptoms going on.
Sometimes you can have all three.
Here's another moderate version right here.
So check this out, you guys.
You're feeling scared, but you don't know why.
And that one's a tough one for so many people with anxiety.
You're feeling, somebody just said they feel like their throat's getting choked.
Exactly.
And you're feeling scared and you don't know why.
And your mind is trying to find out why, right?
So, you know, your own mind is trying to find out why you're feeling scared.
You're looking for reasons to why you're feeling scared.
I mean, you know, like this is a modern one I've bumped into so many times.
The spirit of compassion has always helped me with all this time.
It causes you to have a weakness in your stomach where you're feeling scared.
you kind of got a weakness in your stomach, a sensation where you almost have to hold your
stomach, you know, while you go through bouts of being scared, that whole thing. And your heart
rate is even elevating. That one right there, I've always felt bad for people to have that
version of anxiety. It's a tough one. Here's another moderate version right here of anxiety.
Your heart rate speeds up, speeds up on and off, right? Your heart rate is going and then it
speeds up and you're like, oh my God, I feel my heart rate speeding up. I could feel it,
Right and the whole bit you can put your hand on your neck or you can just feel it
You sweat you have a difficulty breathing so your heart rate is speeding up and you have a difficulty breathing
But yet, you know, but yet at the same time you don't really have tightness in your chest
You have tightness in your stomach and you're trying to your chest seems to be working and you could breathe through your chest
But your stomach seems to be the thing that's the abdomen is making it hard to breathe and you know
There's that happening.
Let me cover another moderate version.
I'm in the moderate versions, you guys.
I'm cleanse and heal.
I'm talking about anxiety.
I'm going to talk about the true cause in here.
So here's another version right here.
You feel like something in your brain is tweaking off or off.
You feel like something in your brain is off.
And that's the thing.
We get in trouble because of that.
There's real reasons why we experience that.
But then someone's going to tell us an alternative medicine or something.
It's all about rewiring.
and it's all about, you know, it's all how you think
and it's all who you are and all this stuff.
And it's sad because, no, it's not your fault.
It's your reason why you can feel this.
You feel like something in your brain is tweaking
or it's off like short-circuiting.
And you can think clearly, you can think clearly,
but there's something in the back of your mind.
So there's something in the back of your mind
that you can't remember or connect to.
And it's making you start to freak out inside
because you go throughout your day wondering,
what's making me feel funny inside my mind?
Like, what's making me feel that way?
And you're trying to go through your day
and you're just trying to go back like,
why am I feeling this?
Why do I feel something's just tweaking out?
Why do I feel something's just off?
And you even stress out about it.
So then what's the chicken or the egg?
Which one starts first?
Now you're getting all stressed out about this,
but then someone might tell you all
it's because you're all stressed out.
But meanwhile, this kind of started first
and you feel like you're going to have an anxiety attack.
and you keep worrying about
what's tweaking me out
inside my mind or head.
Like what's doing it?
And you just can't get satisfied
and you can't get peace
and you can't get peace about it
and someone will ask you
what's wrong.
So like a friend or somebody
or a co-worker
they'll be like
hey what's wrong?
Is there anything wrong?
And you'll say nothing's wrong.
Nothing's wrong.
Or you'll say
I don't know.
I don't know.
That's a tough one.
Another moderate version.
Let's go into another one you guys.
I'm a cleanse to heal.
Thanks for being here with me.
another moderate version. You wake up in the middle of the night, okay? So you wake up in the
middle of the night, out of breath, heart racing, confused, and even scared, okay? And you can't go
back to sleep because you're wired now and you're spooked. There's that one. That one's a whole,
like a whole kind of like unique version, like an anxiety. And, you know, people probably would
even call it anxiety. That's anxiety. Here's another moderate version. You wake up in the
middle of the night from a bad dream. So you wake up, bad dream, and then you become scared
about anything. Anything. Your mind can go anywhere. And you get scared like, is there
somebody in the house? Is there a ghost? You get the tingles and a rush in the back of your head
like, is there a ghost? You get goosebumps on the back of your head and you even get the shakes
and you're laying there in bed and then you become obsessed about not feeling safe enough
to go back to sleep. This can happen once a while, once in a while, once every few weeks.
It could happen every night. And another moderate version is you can't sit still where you're alone,
but you can't sit still. And you can't sit still when someone's around either. Say you're alone
in your house. You just can't sit still. There's no way. You got to go outside. You got to be in
your house, you can't sit still. If you're around people, you can't sit still. You have to keep
moving all day. And you're even afraid to call it quits by the end of the night. Like when nighttime
comes, you don't want to go to sleep. You don't want to call the day quits. It's like you can't
stand to be in your own skin. And the minute things calm down and slow down and the rest of
the world winds down to sleep, you get depressed. You get depressed. And then you feel sadness.
and you don't want anybody else
falling asleep before you.
Like you don't like anybody else,
you guys,
falling asleep before you.
You kind of want you
to fall asleep before anybody else.
So there's that right there.
My God, there's so many moderate versions.
I mean, there's so many.
It's unbelievable.
So let's talk about severe versions.
Anyway, cleanse to heal.
I mean, you can get a copy
on Amazon right now.
It's amazing.
And it's incredible.
The price is discounted too.
It's amazing.
Barnes and Nobles, by the way,
Cleanse and Heal is the most powerful,
comprehensive book there is in health to date
and may always be like that unless I do another one.
There's severe versions of anxiety
is where we're going now.
So these are the more intense ones,
the harder ones.
And all of these are harder.
You know, all of these are harder.
So let's talk about these a little bit.
Severe versions of anxiety can also include
some of the moderate ones I talked about,
some of the mild versions. Now, if your version, I haven't talked about your version of anxiety yet.
Okay. Just know there's so many that I'm trying to cover a lot of different, you know, varieties
and you got, you know, so, and if you, if you feel like you missed one, go back and watch this whole
thing, you know, so the whole bit. So severe versions of anxiety include the moderate to mild
too, but worse episodes. Let's go into that right now. So where your chest tightens, right? Your
whole body goes numb. You can't feel your extremities. You feel so weak and your legs are so
weak you can't stand up. That kind of intense anxiety. Your heart is racing. You feel like you
can't breathe and you feel like nothing can save you. And why won't it stop? You know, that's a
really hard one for people where their extremities go numb and they feel like just nothing can save
me when they're having that whole thing and their chest is tightening and they can't breathe. Here's
another severe version right here where your chest tightens. You feel like you can't grasp air or
catch a breath. Have you guys been through that? Do you know somebody who's been through that?
Like your lungs aren't working. Your chest isn't expanding. You're feeling that sensation and
you're getting dizzy. And there's that whole part where you get dizzy with the attack. You
get dizzy with the episode where you can't get your words out and you want to scream and cry,
but nothing will come out. That one's a hard one. I've come across so many people that have had to
live with that. And I know some of you guys even have some of that. Somebody said, right on,
you're right on the money on that one. So like I'm dying. Another person said, like I'm dying.
Yeah, it's really that difficult. Chest tightness, the tingling, all of it, you know. So here's the
thing, you know, when you're dealing with that, you want to scream and cry, but nothing will come
out. You may even try to run to another room and you think you're dying. You are so scared,
you know, and afraid. And that's a really hard one for so many people, you guys. That's another
severe version. Any thought you have put you in a panic. Have you guys been there? Like any thought
you have put you in a panic? I'm wondering if you guys have been there with that one,
where you got to be careful of what you think in the moment, as far as anything stressful.
Like, for instance, if you have PTSD from having panic attacks and anxiety, and I'm going to talk about how PTSD kind of blends into a lot of these, where it becomes something because you're going through anxiety.
You end up getting PTSD because you're dealing with these severe attacks or these severe episodes of anxiety and how hard that is.
It's brutal.
And so that's something to know about.
Another severe version is you're wavering in and out of panic moments to very mild anxiety to panic moments where the mild symptoms aren't so bad.
And then they go from there.
You're always got the anxiety like you're not even free from it.
You're living with it all day long.
And you feel like you have it all night throughout the night even when you're sleeping in and out of it.
And you always have this mild anxiety brewing all the time.
And then it goes into heavier things where you're having a heart racing, you're sweating, you can't breathe, the racing thoughts.
You go numb, you could barely stand, you go straight into the panic and all of it.
And you go in and out of this intermittently.
That's something people deal with all the time.
Whether it's twice a day or even once a day.
It's just terrible.
You guys are going through it.
Another version is your panic attacks are so bad you can't go anywhere.
You can't go on exercise.
You can't go on walks.
You don't think you can walk.
You don't think you can leave the house.
You don't think you can get into a car.
You feel like if you go walk someplace,
you're not going to be able to make it back
before your panic attack causes a problem
or you feel like the PTSD is so bad.
You feel like your panic attack is not going to let you take a walk
and let you come back to the house
or come back to the place you're staying.
You know, all of it.
I mean, there's so much to cover, you guys.
I got so many different severe versions.
Here's another severe version, okay?
All your different anxiety versions
could come with chronic fatigue.
That makes it even harder.
It can come with body pain, aches and pains,
dizziness, burning skin, jaw pain, neck pain.
It could come with heart palpitations,
vertigo, brain fog, tics and spasms,
burning gums, chest tightness.
That's really hard too.
So it's like if you're dealing with anxiety how it's so hard to have to actually be dealing with other symptoms and conditions
Especially if you got diagnosis or you're dealing with lupus you're dealing with multiple sclerosis or anything like that
so
There's so many versions
But we have to save it for another time because we have to go into other places too with where we're heading now
So let's go into the cause of anxiety talk about that and then we still have depression to cover
So we still have depression
And we got OCD.
We got PTSD.
Anxiety and anxiousness.
Reading right out of Cleanse to Heal right here.
So it's important.
The true cause of anxiety.
When anxiety interferes with your life,
where it's actually interfering with your life, you guys,
it's caused by toxic heavy metals
such as mercury, aluminum, and copper.
Critical to know that it's not your fault.
It's toxic heavy metal exposure.
critical and and and here's the thing you might shrug that off someone new here might even be
like oh how that's impossible but if you suffer with it and you're living with anxiety and it's
coming in and out of your life when you get the metals out properly like like thousands have
you know with the medical medium information you get your life back and it's like it's freedom
it's freedom also viruses such as epstein-barr and shingles over the like the 60 varieties of
Epstein-Barr mutated strains and the 30 varieties of shingles that go around where people have one
of those varieties. And it's important to know. So we have the combination of both the viruses.
We have the combination of the toxic heavy metals. That's how it works. Most of the time,
it's both at once where you have the combination of toxic heavy metals and viruses. With one cause
more dominant depending on individual case, you might have more metals than you have more viruses
in your body. So you might have more metals than you have more Epstein-Barr. You might have more
metals than you have shingles. See how it works? So anxiety can also be triggered, accelerated,
or heightened by emotional conflict. Okay, sure, right? But a lot of people that hit emotional
conflict don't have anxiety. They don't have it at all. So you have to remember that. There's a lot
of people out there that can cause and create tons of emotional conflict, can also get involved with
emotional conflict and not have anxiety. Because you have to have something else, the toxic heavy
metals. You have to have either the viral issue or the toxic heavy metals or both. Although toxic
heavy metals or a virus must be present for the anxiety to become sustained. So for you to actually
have anxiety that's sustained and it keeps on going after a conflict or it's going on and off
in your life, that means you have the toxic heavy metals. That's why. And they can't test for that.
Science and research can't test for toxic heavy metals. They just can't. It's not possible.
Metals settle in the middle of organs. It's where they settle. You can't test for that. You can't
just remove somebody's liver, cut a piece out and just do that kind of test. They're not going to
do that. It doesn't happen. It's metals sit inside the brain. That's how it works. That's how we get
our anxiety problems. And they actually turn into different versions and different varieties,
depending on how many metals, what's happening, are they oxidizing, all of this. So really
important to know. And I also have information on anxiousness and so forth. We're going to go now
and talk about other stuff. Cleanse a Heal has everything in it. That's the whole point, to know
about all this the heavy metal detox cleanse which is critical to get metals out of the brain
so important it's to help you heal and also gives you options like the three virgins of 369 that the
cleanse the client powerful cleanse it has an anti-bug cleanse helps to get the metals out
start pathogens supplements and dosages to kill viruses so it's like there's answers not only to
like why we have the anxiety and other things like depression and ocd and all that but there's also
ways of actually using them to get that part. Also emotional support in here too. So let's talk
about depression. Let's head there. So no one's depression is the same as someone else's. We have
to know that. And different versions of anxiety too. Not everybody's is perfectly the same. It
doesn't work like that. And there's a reason for that because of what we have going on inside of
us. That's the whole point. You know, even though they could be similar depression, like, hey, my
depression is similar to yours. You know, it doesn't, it's not the same. Okay. So one mild
version of depression is if you're feeling sad, you're lost, you feel lost, you feel lonely,
but you don't know why. So you always got the sadness that's making you feel lonely. It's
making you kind of like lost. You don't know why. So it's really important to know. And another
mild version is where you're always depressed. And I'll go into this too. For people asking about
cleanse to heal, where to get it. Um, cause I'm wondering if anybody's asking that to cleanse
to heals on Amazon. You can get it there. You can get it at Barnes and Noble, the whole bit.
Another mild version is, is where you're always depressed. And so that, and, and it just hits
you at the end of the day. That's when it hits you, you know, right. It's like at the end of
the day. So you're not always depressed throughout the day. That's what I, that's what I meant to
but at the end of the day, you're getting depressed.
You're getting sad when you're going home from work
or you're just home.
You're in your house and towards the end of the day,
the sun's setting and you feel this deep sadness
and you're feeling like you need to be somewhere else,
but you don't need to be somewhere else,
but you don't want to be somewhere else
or you don't know if that's what it even is.
You're not sure, but at the end of the day,
you feel that sadness come on.
That's another mild form of depression,
a really mild form.
another mild form is everything's going great in your life right you guys and you know it like you
know your life is going great you know things are going great like no real complaints and you're
aware of this but you're depressed at the same time and there's a deep sadness in there and you
don't have an interest in doing anything and you're not excited about life and nothing excites
you and nothing seems fun you don't even want to watch your favorite movie or show you know but you
you know life is good. You know, like you got no big complaints. You know, life is all right.
You got things you need, but that deep sadness is there. You know, that's a hard one. Another
mild version of depression is you've been hurt, wounded emotionally, but the, but, but that's
already been kind of healed up and gone. You know, maybe you had a betrayal. Maybe you had a breakup,
maybe disconnection with a friend. You know, maybe you were really depressed during that breakup,
during that betrayal. Maybe you were like really depressed and hurt, but it's long since passed
and it's long since been gone. And maybe you felt like you haven't been heard and that you were
really hurt by it and it causes bouts of frustration, but yet it's already been passed.
Like that was years ago. And you're still dealing with this and you're still hurt, but you're not,
you know, that's a whole nother version of depression. And then people will be like,
A friend will be like, wait a minute, wasn't that a long time ago?
Like, what happened?
Let's talk about a moderate version here.
With moderate versions, you can have a mix of moderate and mild versions that we're talking about.
We're talking about depression.
I got cleanse to heal right here.
You wake up in the morning depressed.
You're sad.
You're lonely.
You're, you know, you feel like depressed in the morning.
You wake up like that.
And you're dreading that it's still there.
Because the night before, the night before, you were hoping it would go away.
You would just hope that sleep would fix it.
And then in the morning, everything would change.
That's hard for so many people.
It's really hard because you just thought it would change.
But there's a dreadful feeling of sadness, confusion mixed with loneliness and a sinking feeling.
And it still won't go away.
And it's there.
And you go to bed at night with that.
And you wake up in the morning.
Why is it still there?
You wake up.
Why is it still there?
And you have to push through your day and the whole bit.
And that's really hard for so many people.
I mean, there's so many different versions, you guys.
I could keep going and going and going, but it's not your fault.
And I want to make sure you know this because it's critical.
Somebody said they've been there.
Exactly.
But it's not your fault.
That's the whole point.
And it comes with a feeling of depersonalization where you feel like you're not present.
Did you guys ever have that where you feel like you're not present,
like you're watching yourself from outside of your body?
Did you ever experience that?
You're watching yourself from outside your body, looking down at you.
and you're not present and you feel choked up and you feel a deep sadness.
And when you see people happy together, it gets you upset.
So if you see like a couple and they're happy together,
you actually get kind of sad and choked up and you kind of get depressed.
And there's so many more intense versions.
Like if you're crying constantly and you feel insecure and you feel worthless
and you have hate towards yourself and you feel numb and you're constantly sad.
I mean, that's a version of depression that's really hard.
It's not your fault.
There's reasons for this.
That's the whole point.
Here's another severe version of depression right here.
If you're hopeless and you don't want to live,
and you feel like there's nothing to live for,
that's really bad.
That's really hard, you know?
And I want to read, I mean, there's so many versions,
and it's not your fault.
You got to know this, and this is so important.
So I'm reading depression right here in Cleanse to Heal.
Somebody said definitely me.
Yeah, it's really hard.
I'm so sorry you're going through this.
True cause here, traumatic loss, traumatic stress, and emotional injury
are common identifiable causes of depression, right?
When we go through so much.
But these traumas can create a lasting neurotransmitter deficiency,
leading to depression that sometimes continues past the time of hardship.
even long past that hardship a betrayal a breakup or anything or any kind of loss
we could have depression later on because of neurotransmitter deficiency
so it's about fixing those neurotransmitters that's critical it could lead to depression
that continues past the hardship in other cases we can point to identifiable daily changes at this
as the source of depression and then there's the unexplained depression you guys the unexplained
which is caused by the toxic heavy metals again because that's what causes depression.
The mercury in the brain causes depression.
The aluminum in the brain causes depression.
With a low-grade viral infection, too, people are low-grade viral when they have this long-term
bouts of depression.
Both the shingles virus, herpes simplex 1, herpes simplex 2, those inside our system
along with shingles, along with Epstein-Barr, a brew of all these factors with the toxic
heavy metals can create somebody's depression, particularly if they've experienced toxic
exposure at the same time.
Cleanse the heel, I'm reading out.
So we're going to try to cover what I can in the timeline we have.
You've had depression since you were a teenager, somebody just said.
That's really hard for people.
Somebody said, I'm getting the book.
I'm so glad.
If you have to remove, you have to remove the toxic heavy metals out to get depression better.
That is the biggest part right there.
And any band-aid you're using is great for support.
like any of the band-aids I talked about at the beginning here.
But you have to get the toxic heavy metals out.
I have a heavy metal detox cleanse in here,
critical for getting the metals out.
I have supplements and dosages for helping with depression,
for killing off viruses that are responsible for depression.
This is all so important for repairing neurons,
restoring neurotransmitters.
This is so important, you guys.
And all the cleanses in Cleanse-A-Heal
to provide the ample glucose, the mineral salts,
also to lower the fats the right way
so you can get the metals out,
kill off the pathogens,
all of it.
Emotional and spiritual support
inside this book too
because just knowing it's not your fault,
critical,
that's the most powerful emotional support
you can ever have
is knowing it's not your fault,
the most powerful.
So I'm going to read
The Cause of OCD right now
because we're cruising here.
Thanks for being here with me tonight,
you guys.
You guys are awesome.
I'm so glad
you're dealing with depression,
anxiety,
it's so hard
and I can't believe you're here.
OCD can be one of the hardest things
and there's different kinds.
You know how like you have the washing hands OCD
everybody talks about
and the door locks and clicking the door locks
which is really hard for people.
There's so many different versions.
It's just unbelievable what people have to live with with OCD
and you know and I mean everything
from just looking at your sink
to make sure it's not running anymore
and you know pushing knobs and closing knobs
and all that stuff
and turning off buttons and all of that.
I mean classic ones too
like the stove and the gas stove and checking it.
And OCD is brutal on all those levels.
But also things like, are my car windows shut for the night?
And you go and check it 10 times.
And OCD can be really complicated as well.
Like you hear a creak in the house at night,
and it's the same creak you hear every night.
But you still get up and check the house over and over,
and you lose a whole night's sleep.
I mean, I've seen OCD get a lot of people.
Then there's the numbers game.
Like you lock the door,
but hopefully you're not playing the numbers game
where you have to check it 10 times
and you're not playing the numbers game
where you have to check it 1,000 times.
I've known somebody with OCD
where they literally had to check the lock 1,000 times
and they had to count until they got there.
And it made them go to bed
till 1 o'clock in the morning every night.
I mean, I can't even tell you how bad OCD can get.
You guys know if you're living with it.
It's critical.
So anyway, I'm reading OCD right now and here too.
Obsessive-compulsive disorder right here.
I'm inclined to heal.
OCD is not your fault.
A whole other thing you need to know
because people get picked on.
They get told they're crazy.
They get told it's their fault.
It's brutal, the whole OCD thing.
I mean, OCD can get so vicious.
People laugh about it.
And unless you're in somebody's shoes,
it's so critical to know.
And people laugh at people with OCD.
I mean, I knew this one person.
I mean, this was so hard on them.
He thought they were leaving a part of themselves
in another room.
and they would go look in the mirror
to literally see if they were all there.
They weren't crazy.
They had the toxic heavy metals.
They were suffering.
It's not, it's really not a joke, OCD.
It could really get bad
and so many people suffer.
And you have OCD?
Exactly.
Then you know what it's like.
It's not, yes, obsessive thoughts too,
all of it in combination of the actual actions.
It's not a joke.
It's not a joke.
I mean, I take this stuff really seriously.
So here it is, obsessive compulsive disorder,
either emotional injury or toxic heavy metals such as mercury, aluminum, copper. You'll notice
the theme. All these conditions are aluminum, copper, and mercury inside the brain, inside the
emotional centers, inside other centers of the brain. Critical to know. In combination, okay,
so you can have the different metals, okay? In some extreme cases of OCD, electrical impulses
hit the metal storage.
So here's how it works.
On your neuron, you can have a deposit of mercury.
Science and research doesn't know any of this stuff.
They're just not going to be there forever.
It's unbelievable.
It'll take 100 years for them.
But you can have a mercury deposit
or an aluminum deposit or a mix on a neuron.
An electrical impulse is riding through that neuron.
It'll hit that metal storage, that mercury storage,
and then go back the other way.
That's a big part of why we're suffering with OCD.
It's from metal deposits inside neurons, on neurons,
and an electrical impulse running into it
and then being pushed back the other way,
ricocheting the other way.
That's a big part of why we're living with OCD.
It's unbelievable how it works.
A tiny explosion occurs when the electrical impulse
hits the metal deposit on the neuron.
A tiny explosion ends up sending the electrical impulse backwards
and then it having to find a new root.
And that's what happens with OCD.
And it's not your fault.
Really important to know.
It's critical.
I mean, that's just some information
because I'm also running a little out of time here,
but I'm going to keep on going and get going on this.
So I'm going to cover some other things.
This has supplements and dosages on OCD,
how to heal all of it and cleanse to heal,
369 cleanses, the mono-eating cleanses.
All of this is help how to lower the fats,
how to get the metals out.
It's critical to healing.
So the book has answers.
That's what it's about.
Like, I'm not just running by symptoms for the fun of it.
I'm running by symptoms because, A, it's critical to know that your suffering is not your fault.
It's critical to know that we have to have compassion for anybody with these symptoms
because they're going through hell and back.
It's critical to know that there's answers to these symptoms.
You know, it's not a joke.
Chronic illness is not a joke.
All these things are not a joke.
And people treat it like that out there.
It's unbelievable.
Heavy metal testing doesn't work.
It never did. And that's the whole point. And I have information in here on breastfeeding,
information on pregnancy, information on all these different things. Let's go into PTSD a little bit.
Let's head in there. You know, I mean, look, PTSD, we know we can get post-traumatic stress syndrome,
PTSD, PTSS, and so forth from tragic events. We know that. And we can, but we can also,
not just from great losses and physical injury and tragic events.
We can also get PTSD from relationships, breakups, betrayal, trust being broken, being bullied.
You know, when I first broke out the whole thing that PTSD isn't just about tragic losses,
isn't just about tragedies,
when I was the first one on the scene ever to release Spirit of Compassion's information
that PTSD, you can have it with a breakup, with betrayal, with your trust being broken,
with being bullied. No one thought PTSD could possibly be connected to being bullied.
No one did. Being picked on, disrespected, how you can have post-traumatic stress syndrome with
being disrespected, discriminated against, not taken seriously, never validated, all of it,
mistreated, abused, ignored. You know, it's amazing what happens with PTSD and what people go through.
So yes, you can have really serious PTSD from tragedies, which is brutal. I've seen people go
through that. I've talked to so many people who've had it and lived with it before they've healed it.
But the emotional injury that occurs, I'm going to talk about that a little bit too.
But people with all kinds of different things going on, from being abused or mistreated,
from being ignored, the amount of PTSD could be unbelievable what people have.
And here's the other thing.
You know, this is something that I brought that was new,
also new to the scene of all health,
which is post-traumatic stress syndrome from being sick.
So you got your condition.
You got your symptom.
You're going to doctor to doctor.
PTSD from going to doctor to doctor.
You know, how that works.
And that alone is so hard for so many people.
Somebody said all the above is me.
I'm so sorry you're going through that.
And PTSD, anxiety, or any symptom, it's unbelievable what people have to go through.
So I'm going to talk about this here in page 538.
I'm going to cleanse and heal you guys.
Thanks for being on with me tonight.
So here we are.
True cause, toxic heavy metal exposure from sources is mercury, aluminum, copper,
either on its own, so by itself,
or combined with other compromises in exposure
such as radiation.
That's a big one for PTSD.
Pesticides, herbicides, you can get PTSD
from pesticide exposure, herbicide exposure,
and then start getting like PTSD.
Even colognes, perfumes, air fresheners,
and scented candles, unless they're the natural,
like really like essential oil scented candle.
Emotional injury from traumatic
or compromising experiences can also be the sole cause of PTSS. Many times, toxic troublemaker
exposure and emotional exposure in combination create this. Our emotional center can get injured
because when we get delivered bad news, like someone's breaking up with us, or I just got
betrayed by somebody, or my trust has just been completely broken. Oh my God, what did I just hear?
And you hear this news, okay, it's devastating because an electrical shock happens in the brain.
The electrical nature of the brain, the whole wiring of it heats up, okay, gets really strong.
Because when we get hit with the news, we get a shock, an electrical shock in our brain.
It fuses toxic heavy metals and neurons.
So if you have, and glial cells.
So say you have the mercury deposits all in your glial cells in your brain because everybody has this.
Say you have the aluminum deposits all in your brain, and that electrical grid goes on fire because you're getting told some news, some unbelievable news that's just shocking you.
Your adrenals release adrenaline.
The adrenaline ignites like gasoline with the electrical grid being really wired and hot because of the news you heard in the emotional center.
Any kind of toxic heavy metal sitting inside the emotional center of the brain
can actually become fused into the cells.
And that's another problem.
Then that's your beginning of your PTSD from that trauma, from that event,
from that experience that you've had.
It's unbelievable.
So that's one variety right there.
Talk about supplements, how to heal, all of that.
So it's important to know.
And the thing is when you're suffering with chronic illness
and you have all of these things or some of these things or OCD or PTSD
because of your chronic illness or anxiety or depression,
and you have also lupus, and you got the MS,
and you got the other Lyme,
and you got all these other symptoms.
It can become brutal.
And that's the whole hard thing about everybody.
But you have to cleanse and get the metals out, you guys.
For these kind of illnesses and symptoms and problems,
you have to cleanse to get this out of you.
It's critical.
It's so important.
So I'm going to cleanse the heel right here,
and it's important.
My cover's just getting tore up.
You guys, by the way, if you get a dirty cover from Amazon from their conveyor belts or whatever happens or wherever you're getting it,
just know you can use a little bit of soap on a hand towel and you can wipe it off and get it clean.
That's what I did with one of mine.
Something to know.
Cleanse and Heal, you can start with this book.
It's a new book.
And there you go.
If you're new here, Cleanse and Heal so you can work on healing.
It's a brand new book that just came out if you're new here.
anyway
I'm heading over to
Facebook
you guys want to come with me
so I would love to go over there
and talk about this more
and
proud of everybody
take care
and I believe in you
you know
I stand with you
we could rise out of the ashes together
happy Mother's Day
bye now
